We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. For orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available at a nominal processing fee.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@therootkind.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partners, modifications are not possible.
Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, we cannot accept returns once the seals have been opened. However, if your package arrived damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, we will contact you to obtain bank account details for a direct transfer.
